At Deering Banjo Company, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our American-made instruments and offer a 30-day return window for items in original condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help ensure you find the perfect musical companion.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our factory.
Pack Securely
Carefully pack your banjo or accessories in the original shipping carton with all protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Factory
Affix the return label and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box, then ship the package via a tracked and insured carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master luthiers inspect the instrument for original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
